Improving Futures Through Children’s Services Planning: Learning together

This workshop was for senior strategic leaders in Children Services Planning at national and local level, including health, local authority and third sector, to reflect Scotland's multi-agency partnership approach.

We took a deep dive into how we work collaboratively to create the conditions strategically to support maximum impact through joined-up quality planning, quality delivery, quality assurance and quality improvement.

We also shared practical frameworks and resources and heard about attendees own experiences.
